INAUGURAL GLOBAL SPACE AWARDS WINNERS ANNOUNCED

London, U.K. – December 5, 2025 – 10:00 PM GMT – Some of the most influential players in the space, space tech, and science sectors were out tonight as the Global Space Awards (GSA) debuted at The Natural History Museum, London, to honor the trailblazers, investors, and organizations shaping the future of Space. Hosted by universally-renowned physicist, co-founder of The World Science Festival, and best-selling author, Brian Greene, the event was filled with some of the biggest names pushing the boundaries of space innovation. 

The evening’s event was dedicated to the memory and outstanding achievements of the extraordinary and iconic Captain James Lovell, with astronaut Tim Peake presenting the inaugural James Lovell Legacy Award to Lovell’s children – Susan, Jeff, and Barbara. A heartfelt tribute video was shared, leaving the audience deeply touched. Future recipients of the award will embody the spirit of Commander Lovell, leaving an enduring impact on humanity’s progress in Space, and the inspiration they leave for generations to come.
